The research phase laid the foundation for the new visual identity by deeply analyzing ROSHN’s market positioning, audience perception, and global benchmarks. It included competitive audits, stakeholder interviews, and a thorough exploration of Saudi Arabia’s evolving urban narrative. The objective was to unearth insights that would inform a brand system capable of resonating with both local communities and global partners.
The design phase translated strategic insights into a comprehensive visual identity system. Inspired by the pillars of community, sustainability, innovation, and quality of life, the design balances modern aesthetics with deep-rooted values. From the refined logo and typography to a harmonious color palette and iconography system, each element was crafted to convey a sense of purpose, elegance, and progress—ensuring the brand is instantly recognizable across all touchpoints.
The development phase brought the identity to life across a wide array of applications. This included the creation of brand guidelines, digital templates, environmental graphics, motion assets, and product-level adaptations. A consistent yet flexible design system was built to ensure brand coherence while allowing creative expression across diverse formats—from digital platforms and architecture to marketing campaigns and community experiences.
